All the Tea in China Perhaps not covering quite all the tea in China, this class will cover all the tea origins that Head Tea Geek, Michael Coffey, saw on his recent trip to China. In addition to a light luncheon, participants will get to enjoy Dragonwell green tea, and Tie Guanyin ("Iron Goddess of Mercy") wulong, direct from their places of origin. Michael will also share his experiences travelling China learning about not only tea but other linguistic and cultural quirks of the regions he visited, from dealing with the massive crowds of Shanghai during the World Expo to meeting of living legend (or at least a legend's descendant).
