Tea Of The Week

Dry leaf form of Bi Luo Chun green tea (2 grams)

Bi Luo Chun or Green Snail Spring is one of the most famous green teas of China. It is very labor intensive, using only the youngest leaf tips, and produces a fragrant brew sometimes known as "Fearful Incense." Different sources claim that the leaves of a true Bi Luo Chun are picked from specific places--Mt. Bi Luo near Lake Tai, or Dong Ting Shan in Jiangsu Province.
