Prerequisites:  You will need to supply your own brewing equipment.  At least 5 small bowls, cups, or mugs for setting out your brewed samples side-by-side.  You should also have some basic tea knowledge, such as what differentiates green, black, and wulong tea, and what the terms "flush" and "estate" mean when describing teas.  It is also recommended, but not required, to have a scale that measures in grams (or ounces with two decimal places) for precise measurement of equal amounts of tea.
